00:06new year. I think it's time we all made a resolution to take up a healthy lifestyle
00:11not just for our general good health but also for you know let us be a little selfish, healthy
00:17skin. Tip number 1, make sure that you are drinking enough water. Tip number 2, make
00:23sure that your food has more colors on its plates. Especially get some green from leafy
00:29vegetables, get some treatment in the form of reds and you know oranges into your diet.
00:36These have more beta carotenes and bioflavonoids which are going to make sure your skin looks
00:40its great. Tip number 3, kick that butt. Quit smoking this new year. Let it be your new
00:46year resolution. It's not doing your skin or your health any good. Fourth, reduce the
00:52consumption of salty foods and especially like chips and fast food they have high quantity
00:58of salts which are going to dehydrate your skin, dehydrate your body and it's definitely
01:02not helping with your skin either. Tip number 5, don't forget to exfoliate your skin regularly.
