00:24And Andrew Parsons, the president, explained that the reason Israel would not be treated anything like the way Russia was over war

00:38They claimed that Russia had used sports to promote their invasion,
00:42but both Palestine and Israel had respected the neutrality of the games and therefore would be allowed to compete.
