00:17It happened in Luton Avenue in Taguig City yesterday.

00:20An MMDA enforcer caught a car speeding in Taguig.

00:25Before this, the car was blocked by an MMDA enforcer after it was speeding.

00:30But instead of giving up, the car insisted on leaving.

00:33And that's when the MMDA enforcer got hit in the head.

00:47The car stopped at one point.

00:49But after a few seconds, it slowed down again.

00:56According to the MMDA, the driver was able to escape.

00:59An MMDA enforcer reported this earlier this morning.

01:03He was able to get the plate number of the car.

01:06The driver who escaped is facing multiple criminal charges.

01:10The MMDA is also recommending the LTO to cancel his driver's license.
