00:00The Davao Regional Trial Court issued a grant 15 order to clarify their temporary protection order regarding the issuance of an arrest warrant against Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

00:11And from Davao City, Saksila, Cyril Chavez of GMA Regional TV. Cyril?

00:18This is the 5th day that the police is serving an arrest warrant against KOJC founder Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and his followers.

00:27And as you can see, my dear viewers, here behind me, the police is still guarding the entrance of the KOJC compound.

00:37When you enter the gate of the compound of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in Davao, you will see pillars where some members of the KOJC are placed.

00:52They were allowed to come out of the compound following the court's order to the police to remove all barricades that block the access of the members.

01:02Some of the police are guarding the side of the cathedral but the riot shields are placed on the road.

01:10The members of the KOJC are still not able to enter the compound.

01:15According to the KOJC, the PNP will start using their ground penetrating radar at 7 to 9 in the morning.

01:27This is the device that can detect sounds and heartbeats even under the ground.

01:34It is based on the PNP why they believe that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is inside the underground bunker inside the compound.

01:43That is what we are watching because it is based on our information that this tunnel will go to his hangar and that is what we are watching.

01:54This is the fifth day of the arrest warrant against Quiboloy and other accused.

02:02The Gemay Regional TV and other members of the media are also inside the compound.

02:08We also passed the front of the Jose Maria College building where some members of the KOJC were heard shouting.

02:18There are also gunshots in the compound next to the police.

02:25In the continuation of the riot, some members of the KOJC resisted and did not allow the media to enter the compound.

02:34The Police Regional Office 11 lied that the PNP only gave the KOJC 2 hours to surrender Quiboloy before they stormed the KOJC Cathedral.

02:49Another lie was made by the KOJC that we will destroy their compound.

02:58Just like the lie that they are saying that we are pushing them with water and electricity.

03:04Last night, the KOJC compound's lights were on.

03:09Despite the Temporary Protection Order issued by the Davao City Regional Trial Court, the police did not respond and did not leave the compound.

03:18Some police slept on the benches because they did not leave the police.

03:24The KOJC stormed the Davao RTC early in the morning.

03:28They wanted the DILG Secretary Benjor Abalos, PNP Chief Rommel Francisco Marville and several other officials to be contempted by the court.

03:38The essence is that I am asking them to be contempted.

03:42Maybe they will not grant it immediately.

03:44But at least we have grounds and if we will be able to present evidence later on, maybe they will grant it.

03:56According to DILG Secretary Benjor Abalos, the authorities are still looking for Kibuloy.

04:03It is clear that the Temporary Protection Order or TPO issued by the Davao City Regional Trial Court is not clear.

04:12This is not a TRO. We are restraining ourselves.

04:15There is no order that we will stop the operation of arresting Kibuloy.

04:20Meaning, the PNP is still pursuing and looking for Pasol Kibuloy. That is the point.

04:26DILG Secretary Abalos is also questioning the TPO issued by Davao City RTC.

04:33Kibuloy's case of child abuse has already been transferred to Quezon City.

04:39That is why it is no longer in Davao City.

04:42Abalos dismissed the Supreme Court's ruling on May 28, 2024.

04:48Kibuloy is also facing a separate case of human trafficking in Pasig RTC.

04:54Earlier this morning, their legal team along with the Solicitor General

05:00helped them to pass a motion for clarification

05:04on whether the Temporary Protection Order issued by Davao RTC is valid and what is the purpose of the TPO.

05:10Earlier, Davao RTC issued a Supplemental and Clarificatory Order

05:16where they gave the urgency of the TPO issued

05:20for the protection of the rights and security of the petitioners.

05:26They clarified that this did not cancel or void the visa

05:30of the process that is related to the warrant of arrest against Kibuloy.

05:34Kibuloy said that their purpose is different and it is not related to each other.

05:44Pia, because of the Supplemental and Clarificatory Order issued by Davao RTC today,

05:50we are waiting for the comment of the PNP

05:53or the next steps that they will do next.
