Labor is facing backlash from angry union members after thousands rallied against a federal crackdown of the CFMEU. Another union is threatening to withhold donations as the Greens defend one of its MPs who attended a rally in Brisbane.

01:49The unanswered and uncomfortable question for Labor is whether taking strong action against the construction union will lead other union members into the arms of the Greens.
