00:00Two suspects were arrested in Manila for stealing a motorcycle of their neighbor.

00:05The motorcycle was recovered but it's missing some parts.

00:15This man was arrested for stealing a motorcycle of his neighbor in Barangay 122 in Manila.

00:22I didn't get the key from the top box.

00:26When I got back, I locked the motorcycle.

00:30I thought I got the key.

00:34When he left the house a few hours later, his motorcycle was gone.

00:39There were three other suspects in the theft of the man they identified as Elias Mico.

00:44Elias Mico and the other suspect were arrested.

00:48There were two more who were searched by the police.

00:51Both of them escaped but the motorcycle was recovered.

00:55Those who stole the motorcycle are usually being sold.

00:58But we are still looking into where they plan to sell or use the motorcycle.

01:04When the motorcycle was returned to its owner, it was said that some parts of it were lost.

01:09They removed the LED lights, the top box and the things inside, the tool box, so that it can be sold.

01:18The arrested suspects admitted to the theft.

01:21I was sleeping.

01:22They said they will push the motorcycle.

01:24I brought a knife.

01:26When I left the house, I did it.

01:30I was bored that day.

01:32I wanted to get ready.

01:34I didn't know that we're neighbors.

01:38But if I knew, it wouldn't have happened.

01:41The suspects asked for forgiveness.

01:43However, the owner of the motorcycle decided to continue the complaint.

01:47Suspects are facing charges of violation of the Anti-Carnapping Law.
