00:06though because it's been a whole rollercoaster and we've been all there with you. Now that
00:11the dust has kind of settled, how are you all feeling?
00:14I feel really good. I think the time, obviously we filmed this last August, September, and
00:18I just feel like we needed that year to definitely process.
00:21Gosh, imagine if it came out straight away.
00:23Yeah, if it came out straight away, you'd probably be walking to tears and anger. It
00:27would not be smiling faces, but I think having a year to process and digest and realise that
00:32actually this was a lot of fun and we got to learn a lot of stuff, I feel like it was
00:34much needed. So, me personally, really good, really happy.

00:47Only I'm just misled. No, I've done so much reflecting and again, I'm so happy and my
00:52life has changed. I'm so grateful. I'm in an amazing relationship and I wouldn't be
00:56in that relationship if it wasn't for this show. So, I just have to think of the positives

01:03Yeah, no, I'm in a really good place. I think I always give credit to Love Is Blind just
01:08because I feel like it was a journey for self-love and I love myself. I mean, I can't be with
01:14a good blow dryer today.
01:15Yes.
01:16Yeah, I'm just really grateful for it and I wouldn't change nothing about it.

01:21I know you've had a bit more of a difficult journey and maybe we should get that out of
01:26the way now and then we can be back on a lighter note.

01:33How are you? Because obviously we saw you get married and say, I do, and then you hear
01:38that it hasn't worked out. How are you feeling and do you have any regrets and what's...
01:44Getting married?
01:46To be honest, I do regret saying yes because on one hand, I said yes because for me it
01:52was real and I was, in my heart of hearts, I really did love Stephen and I said yes with
01:59all of the information that I had at the time and I think that's where I... I've beat myself
02:03up a lot about that because I'm like, oh, you're an idiot. You should have listened
02:07to your intuition. Why did you get married so soon? But for me, it was so real. I'm not
02:14going to lie, it's been incredibly difficult. Obviously, the marriage broke down very quickly
02:18after we got married. I was diagnosed with depression for the first time in my life.
02:22I isolated myself from my friends because I had this immense amount of embarrassment
02:27that I had invited all of my friends and family there and I couldn't even face to tell them,
02:32guys, it lasts 86 days. I was just... So I just, for the first part of this year, didn't
02:38really speak to anyone. I went and did some solo travelling, tried to heal my heart and
02:43just really practiced gratitude and really looked for the good in the adversity, I suppose,
02:49trying to find the diamond under pressure. But at the same time, I've got so much to
02:56be thankful for. If it wasn't for the show, I wouldn't have quit my job. I wouldn't have
03:00started my own business. I wouldn't have been in a position where I am my own boss and I
03:04can travel as much as I want to. So I have so much positives that have came from the
03:08show and I thought I was writing a love story when really, I was writing my own story.
03:14I think a lot of women, you know, who aren't in a public eye or aren't on a TV show will
03:23relate to Sabrina's story. You think you're marrying your best friend and, you know, so
03:28I think you're going to have a crazy response on a lot of women. You can probably see that.
03:32I think there are loads that can relate to that. And also, there is nothing better for
03:36the soul than solo travelling. It is the best thing. So I'm so glad you did what was
03:42right for you and did all that. That's amazing.
03:44I've had a lot of therapy, guys. I'm not going to lie.

03:56I've started therapy since the show.

04:00I think everyone would benefit from a non-biased person to just talk to because when you speak
04:05your emotions out, it helps you process them. So yeah, I'm a big advocate.
04:11I've been doing therapy for years.
04:13And I can see that all you girls are being really positive about it.

04:46I know, it's just new for us.
04:48We live together and everything. It's really weird.
04:50So I'm personally with someone from the show.

04:54I didn't even date him in the past.
04:56I actually rejected him on day one.
04:58Because he shared a dog with his ex.
