00:00So we're here with LG to check out the brand new LG Gram 2-in-1 laptop.
00:03Let's see what it has for us.
00:05As the name suggests, this is both a laptop and a tablet.
00:12One of the big deals here is that since it is a Gram laptop, it is super light.
00:16It weighs just 3.8 pounds.
00:19It's under half an inch thick, super thin, but you're not going to lose any ports.
00:25You see, you have your USBs right here.
00:27And then my personal favorite, some USB-A ports for legacy devices.
00:33You know, that's one of my problems with thin laptops.
00:35Sometimes they only have two USB-C ports and that's the end of the day.
00:38This has everything.
00:39HDMI, you can plug this into your monitors.
00:42And also you can see here, big touchpad.
00:44I'm a mechanical keyboard guy, obviously, but you know, these feel really good.
00:49Despite the fact that it's so thin, it feels very durable.
00:52The hinge is nice and sturdy.
00:53It just feels very tough to hold.
00:56Like I'm trying to bend it right now.
00:58No flex whatsoever.
01:00The LG Gram Pro 2-in-1 features an Intel Core Ultra 7 Meteor Lake processor with Intel Arc graphics.
01:08It has up to 32 gigs of RAM, up to 2 terabytes of NVMe SSD storage,
01:14and comes packaged with Windows 11 Home.
01:17The LG Gram Pro features a 16-inch display, but what's cool about it is that you have two options.
01:22One is a 1600 IPS display, or the one I would pick, 1800p OLED touch display.
01:31The fact that it's a 2-in-1, you can just enjoy this as a pure tablet.
01:34And also I should say that the actual touch functionality is snappy.
01:38Every time I touch it, no delays at all.
01:41And also if you're wondering, even though I'm touching the keys right here,
01:44nothing registers because I'm on this mode, which is a good touch as well.
01:48This is a laptop I would like to travel with just because you just slip it into your bag.
01:52You don't need to worry about it.
01:53It's not going to add too much weight.
01:55One of the dangers is you may forget that you even have the laptop.
01:57So you got to be careful with that.
01:59And obviously I need to, you know, really dig into this.
02:02But so far I'm really liking the overall build.
02:06I will say, even though I kind of don't like using these kind of devices as tablets
02:12because they're kind of cumbersome, this is like super, super light.
02:15It just really feels like a better version of Samsung's thin laptops.
02:20I like Samsung, don't get me wrong, but this just feels a lot sturdier.
02:24That's what I think, but I want to know what you guys have to say.
