00:53organizations, and somehow lives to tell the tale.
00:56Some mathematical gamers have estimated that Rico has killed 112,000 people in over 4 countries,

01:06Those are rods that I wouldn't bet on.
01:14Kratos
01:25Kratos consistently earns a spot on any list of video game badasses, and it's easy to see
01:29why given the Ghost of Sparta's violent endeavors.
01:32He has survived countless battles with mythological monsters, been sent to the underworld more
01:36times than Hades, and returned from multiple suicide attempts.
01:40His relentless defiance infuriates the gods as he persistently emerges from every dark
01:44pit they cast him into, with his thirst for revenge only intensifying.
01:49Much like Joel from The Last of Us, every epic protagonist eventually meets their maker,
01:53so what makes Kratos so special?
01:56Is it God?
01:57So are half the bosses he takes on.

02:15Isaac Clarke
02:27Necromorphs who are particularly dangerous due to their ability to release explosive
02:31gas when attacked which can deal massive damage, Brutes who are extremely resilient and can
02:35cause severe damage with their powerful melee attacks, Enhancers who are known for their
02:39speed and relentless attacks making them difficult to escape or fight effectively, Isaac Clarke
02:44struggles against these creatures alongside isolation and limited resources, and somehow
02:49he's still kicking.
03:04Mario
03:10Mario obviously has taken on more than any average plumber could chew, even facing Bowser
03:15is a task that should have seen him squished and buried instantly, yet he continues to
03:20win time and time again.
03:22The thing that should have taken him down more than anything else is the mushrooms,
03:26as he consumes mushroom after mushroom with body changing effects.
03:30The fact that not a single one has gone bad in his stomach is a miracle of indescribable
03:35levels.
03:42Lara Croft
03:43Much like Nathan Drake, Lara Croft's relentless quest for treasure has landed the English
04:01archaeologist in numerous perilous situations.
04:04She has battled tigers, skeletons, a kraken, yetis, and even a dinosaur, no that can't
04:10be right.
04:11No, that's correct, a freaking dinosaur.
04:15Throughout her adventures she has faced both real world and supernatural threats.
04:19Her closest brush with death occurred at the end of Tomb Raider Underworld when she narrowly
04:23escaped demise while attempting to thwart a doomsday device poised to unleash the wrath
04:28of Norse mythology.
04:30How was she getting away with all of this is beyond us, but perhaps it's the triangular
04:35bosom.
04:36Ellie Williams
04:47Ellie Williams has taken on all manner of danger, soldier, zombies, stalkers and raiders,
04:53somehow even at the age of 14 she always managed to come out on top without so much as a little
04:58mental trauma.
04:59I mean, she did have a little mental trauma.
05:01And a lot of scratches.
05:02Moving on.
05:03The one incident that is beyond the luck of any other is the fact that she was bitten
05:06by a zombie and survived.
05:09As far as we are aware, no other living human is immune to the zombie virus, which means
05:13we're looking at a potential 1 in a billion chance that Ellie came out of that zombie
05:18bite alive.
05:20That is some serious luck.
05:41Jack
05:42Much in the same vein as Ellie Williams, surprisingly, Jack has encountered a load of incidents that
05:46should have taken his life.
05:48Similar fights with enemies, odds stacked against him when facing tough bosses and living
05:53a danger filled life, he should probably have kicked the bucket already.
05:56But it's one particular incident that we are surprised he managed to survive, and that
06:00was his 2 year imprisonment and experimentation by the ruthless Errol.
06:04For 2 years Jack was infused with Dark Eco, a substance that we know instantly kills most
06:10people who touch it, and would kill us in the first game if we were to fall into it.
06:14His body's ability to take in the Dark Eco and turn it into powers is, much like Ellie,
06:19a 1 in a billion chance.
06:32Cassandra Alexios
06:43During a flashback sequence in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, we get the opportunity to see
06:47Alexios as a baby, and Cassandra as a small child.
06:51What a wonderful and wholesome moment, oh wait no, Alexios is sentenced to death and
06:55Cassandra has to stand there and watch.
06:57Ignoring how ludicrous it is for a baby to be sentenced to death, we witness Alexios
07:02being thrown from a mountain, somewhat by Cassandra who was trying to save him, though
07:06he was going to be thrown regardless.
07:08Cassandra is then herself thrown from the mountain by her father.
07:12I can't stress this enough you guys, it's a freaking mountain, not a hill, a mountain,
07:17and they both survive.

07:39Captain Price
07:56The on-again off-again hero of Call of Duty is either incredibly lucky or exceptionally
08:01skilled as he manages to escape from some very precarious situations.
08:05He's faced Russian ultra-nationalists, US traitors and some of the toughest terrorists
08:10often by rappelling through windows, jumping from helicopters and unleashing chaos.
08:14He was nearly beaten to death by General Shepard at the end of Modern Warfare 2 only to be
08:18saved by soap.
08:20Somehow age doesn't beat this man, and neither do his enemies, because he continuously and
08:25epically trudges on.
