00:00This is a video I shot in the morning, but I didn't record it.
00:04I was on my way to a cafe and I found this place.
00:08It's a cafe that sells a variety of coffee.
00:12It's a place where you can choose your own coffee.
00:16There are many kinds of coffee here, but I chose this one.
00:20I also bought a cup of coffee.
00:24It's a very pretty cafe.
00:28I'm going to take a look around the cafe.
00:32It's a cafe that sells a variety of coffee.
00:36There's a lot of coffee here.
00:40There are many kinds of coffee.
00:44There's a lot of coffee here.
00:48There's a lot of coffee here.
00:52There's a lot of coffee here.
00:56There's a lot of coffee here.
01:20Um, I
01:48think obviously it's not for everybody. I think with the higher corporate people who
01:53are on, you know, large sums of money, they do need to be putting in extra effort and
01:59they are on call 24-7, so I do understand that. Um, but generally I think for a work-life
02:05balance I think it's great.
02:06No, I think it is definitely a positive thing, um, because a lot of the time, especially
02:11speaking for myself, I have a very hard time disconnecting. And even though I may not necessarily
02:16be logged on, my brain is constantly working overtime. And so getting that after-hour call
02:22from my boss doesn't necessarily help with me taking that mental health, you know, self-care
02:28time out, um, because I'm then feeling anxious and going, hang on a minute, did I forget
02:34to do this? Am I going to get told off for that?
02:36So I suppose it's a positive thing, but at the same time it depends on the position people
02:41hold as well. Um, but overall I think it is a positive thing because mainly management
02:48try to abuse as well. I have heard that news as well. So in that light, probably it's more
02:53of a positive than negative.
