00:00On the big hitters down the inside look at Prado and Geisser right there about 10 or 12 gates over on the right-hand side
00:07Hurlings has gone into gate one again just as he did yesterday, he got squeezed yesterday
00:10So we'll keep an eye in the middle keep an eye on the left Hurlings gets a better jump this time around but
00:16It is 959 Maximino comes away with a foxhole shot at the first time of Asking Prado in there in second
00:22Is that Gilbert in third?
00:24or fourth place
00:26Geisser
00:28Geisser finds his way past Prado at the first time of Asking, crucial moment in this first MXGP race potentially
00:39And 17 Ruben Fernandez tried to get down the inside of Prado just to run him wide
00:43But it's Maximino who leads, Geisser second, Prado third, Siwa fourth, Fernandez fifth
00:48He turns left instead of right and then Fevre just tucked in behind him
00:56Gilbert in seventh position the best start of the season he's had so far as Geisser gets around the outside of Renault
01:05Only one thing on his mind is to win
01:09Giacomo Garibaldi was on our studio show on Saturday
01:11And he said Tim Geisser basically said this weekend if I'm to win the World Championship
01:15I need to go out and win every single race
01:17Well, he's gone off to a fine start here
01:19He's already gone from third to second to first within the first half a lap, Renault there in second, Prado in third, Siwa in fourth
01:27Fernandez fifth, Herlings in sixth and then Fevre up the inside of the bullet as they hit the the wall turn
01:39Herlings with his hands full of the number three
01:42As he goes after the number 70 of Ruben Fernandez
01:45Another good start for the
01:47Spaniard returning from injury when he went down in the first turn at the opening Grand Prix in the ramp qualifying race in Argentina
01:58The Jeremy Siwa
02:00A good start for him, fourth position at the moment for Kawasaki racing team
02:04Jan Panzer is in 10th, Bogers in 11th place
02:07Herlings around the outside of Fernandez moves into fifth on the opening lap
02:15He
02:17Now sets his sights on Jeremy Siwa
02:20No sentiment there, 200th Grand Prix, consecutive appearance or not
02:24Herlings will want to be swift to close down, find his way past the number 91
02:30As he looks to go ahead
02:32The next rider will be the number one of Jorge Prado if he finds his way past the Kawasaki ace
02:38A bit of movement and shaking going on as Fevre gets the better of the Spaniard
02:45Ruben Fernandez and goes behind
02:48Herlings moves into sixth place
02:57Not been a great weekend for Fevre so far this year, he was off the pace in free practice, time practice
03:03Came from 18th though in the ramp qualifying race to pick up 9th position
03:08Maybe these conditions are going to suit him a little bit more
03:11But his speed hasn't been there so far this year, er, this weekend
03:19Just taking a look, down in order, anybody else?
03:23Everybody inside the top 20 that needs to be, so Geiselins, Renault second, Prado, Siwa, Herlings, he is in fifth
03:31And here's why
03:34Flies his way past Fevre, center of your screen, and then past Ruben Fernandez a few corners later
03:45This was a pass on Fernandez that got him into that fifth place
03:50Pretty soon after that, Ruben Fevre followed him through as well into sixth place
03:54But Jeremy Siwa here, number 91, Kawasaki racing team feeling very much at home
03:59He lives about 40 minutes away from here in Boulogne
04:11Working our way towards the end of lap two
04:15Geisel, two and a half seconds clear of Max and Renault, that's him just on the face of the jump now
04:21Then we've got Prado, number one, the 91 of
04:24Siwa
04:25Here in fourth place, Herlings about a second further back, he's going to become an interviewer any moment now
04:32On our drone cam, there he is in yellow, a bit of a gap
04:36He's put some distance between himself and the three, the Frenchman, Ruben Fevre
04:41Down to blue groove if that was dry, but it's so wet and sticky coming out of that turn
04:45It's like an icy takeoff coming out of that turn six
04:51Which is the end of sector one on this racetrack from the finish line to that point
04:54We're into sector two now, sector three at the end of this straight
05:04So Geisel leading the way, Herlings around the outside of Siwa
05:09Doesn't get good drive out of there, but he is within a bike length of the number 91, legs his way through
05:15Can't get up over the step
05:18Siwa hanging on to fourth for now
05:24So
05:29Ruben Fevre bringing himself back into play
05:33Gained ground that last few corners on the bullet
05:38So both Kawasaki Racing Team, MXGP riders
05:41Siwa and Fevre inside the top six at the moment, Siwa in fourth, his teammate in sixth place
05:47But in terms of the championship, Siwa who is sitting pretty at the moment, he is in fifth, Fevre in seventh of course
05:54Having missed a couple of rounds
05:59And how much work they'll do on the track between
06:01The races and the one hour break
06:03Because it looks like it's shaping up quite nicely in some places
06:06You don't want them just to lose some of that character, lose some of the technical element, do you?
06:14Geisel with the fastest lap of the race this time around, 1.15.9
06:171.15.9 as he
06:19Propels himself 4.4 seconds clear of Maxime Renault, no one else even in the 1.51s
06:26This time around as Renault is a 52.8, 52.9, Prado 53.9, Siwa 54.1
06:33for uh, Jeffrey Hurlings
06:36Who is now 10.4 seconds off the lead of Tim Geisel
06:42Talk about waking up and bringing your A-game
06:45Nerves, what nerves
06:49Nine points down to eight points and all of a sudden he's going to gain another
06:53Five points here if things stay as they are, it'll be three more if he finds his way past Maxime Renault, Jorge Prado
07:05Unfortunately for the riders
07:07It's not raining in many respects because obviously with that you get a wet
07:11Sloshier circuit, but then that dilutes some of the wet sticky mud makes it easier more pliable to uh, manage if you like
07:21But as it starts to dry out and becomes very very tacky if it stays like this it will be absolutely fantastic later on of course
07:27Where we hope to have a near perfect racetrack
07:33Renault hanging on in second place in a moment
07:37The only Monstro Energy Yamaha Rally lining up this weekend of course Calvin Vlaanderen
07:41With that slight knock to the knee when he went down in race one at the Netherlands in Arnhem
07:48Couldn't ride race two tried at the end of the week to ride to be ready for here, but just wasn't quite right. So
07:56Jeremy Siwa taking over that fifth place or fourth place in the uh, championship
08:06And Jago Keerts showed up this weekend did the uh, free practice time practice and ramp qualifying session
08:13But opting not to ride today
08:16So still some work to do there
08:19For the Belgian pretty much static at the moment
08:24Second third fourth fifth separated by about five seconds Geisser six and a half seconds further up the track
08:31Oh
08:34You can sense that the racetrack a little bit
08:41One line at the moment where the obvious line is drying
08:44There might be one or two off of that here and there like running into this turn here
08:48for instance if you get alongside a rider to make a pass, but
08:52Prado doing his best to find something
08:55To get him closer to Maxime Renault loses ground there though coming out of that right hand turn
09:01So
09:08Right Alberto Ferrato
09:11Down the inside of Brian Bogus
09:14Picks him off for 11th place. So the standing construct Honda rider gaining ground
09:23As he moves up into 11th place
09:31Kevin Horkmo has gone by since as well. He moves up into 12th
09:35For uh, Honda SR motor blues ship to cycle
09:41Anyway, we're getting ready to go down to Lisa Lane and she's down in pit lane getting ready to talk to Monster Energy Yamaha, uh, Jeremy Fontaine
09:49And let's hear what he has to say
09:54Jeremy we last saw Maxime in Spain. He tried to race. He couldn't do the second moto
09:59He's made his comeback this weekend solid yesterday running in second behind Geyser
10:05Looking good for him
10:07Yeah, you know
10:08First thing he take the whole shot. So
10:11for that condition help a lot
10:13but also
10:15He don't he don't train so much. He trained I think like
10:18One week and a half two week maximum
10:21But the character for Maxis is unbelievable. It was
10:24An animal, you know, it was
10:26Way a jump on the bike. He really enjoyed the bike. So now I think he go very good job
10:33He need to follow the rhythm. He have now don't go over
10:36And then should be uh, I think good result for the first GP do again rhythm and speed is one thing
10:42But let's talk about the fitness level and the intensity that he hasn't been used to all year
10:46Is he going to be able to hold that position?
10:49Yeah for us. It's uh, you know
10:52Maxim we know the the potential he have
10:55Only sometimes we need to uh, like the horse, you know to take him to don't make so much
11:00And I think he was on the on the new style. We want we want to keep him to uh
11:07to make like also
11:09Sometimes safety control
11:12But it's better to have a little bit more than two less. Best of luck to him and the team. Thanks. Jeremy. Thank you
11:18Thank you
11:19Whilst that was happening. Jeremy see what carved his way down the inside of jorge prado gives more of an advantage to tim geyser
11:25Watch this here
11:28Jeremy see what down the inside of jorge prado moves into third position the spaniard nowhere to go. He runs wide
11:35Has to give up the position there anyway
11:39But see we're on absolute fire here
11:42he now goes after
11:44Maxim Renault, but as we head into lap seven geyser leads maximum by eight and a half seconds
11:50See we're now up in the third on the number 91. Don't forget his 200th consecutive grand prix appearance his 205th grand prix appearance
11:58the numbers gang
11:59Playing in the hands of jeremy. See where if you can come away with a podium this weekend
12:03How sweet that will be still a lot of work to do though. Jeffrey hurling's number 85. He at 84
12:09He's in fifth place at the moment
12:11Vevra is just behind him two and a half seconds further back
12:14Then we got colden off kio and panzer and ferrato panzer and ferrato finding themselves past
12:19uh, fernandez who drops to 11th. Portmose up to 12th. Bonacorsi 13th, and then we got
12:25Bogus in 14th place
12:29We want to cause he he's uh there in 13th place
12:36It's so used to having three of the yamaha guys out on track would have been four if they were all in
12:41Full fitness this weekend, wouldn't it? So bonacorsi in 13th bogus 14 gilbert 15
12:46Guadagnini in 15th place and we've got onotonous on the wild card performance, uh appearance this weekend
12:54Kato niquel 131 bike brakes on him just coming out of the right hander there
13:01As hurlings closes in on jorge prado
13:04right has the resolve been broken here of jorge prado momentarily because
13:09He was closing in on renault
13:10But then siwa has pushed him back to fourth place and now hurlings has found his rhythm and he is now into that
13:17fifth place closing in
13:19on the number one
13:23Siwa 1.6 seconds clear at the last intermediate sector
13:32And in red maximino just ahead of him there's prado
13:36Right, can he regroup here knowing that the 84 closes in on him?
13:43Was there a mistake from jorge prado? Yes, there was I'll tell you what
13:49A little bit high pitch jorge prado there as he comes out of that right turn legs off the
13:53Footpegs, that's why hurlings was able to capitalize
13:57So nothing to do resolve nothing to do with being shaken up by siwa
14:03Then we get the full picture
14:06And the one going back after the 91 as he chases back the swiss for a potential third place finish here
14:16Febre just there in the background haven't seen too much of him hurlings just casually
14:22Cleans his goggles as he goes by through that turn
14:26Oh catches an edge there as well front end came down quicker than he wanted it to
14:32And the ground is soft there as well
14:35Could have had consequences. Guadagnini up to 15th on the Nistan Pasfana as he goes by
14:41Gilbert Siwa didn't get over the step. Prado all over the back of him. He couldn't get over the step. Girlings closes down again
14:52Deja vu from a lap ago. He cuts to the inside. He's got to be decisive
14:56Can't quite find his way through. I wonder if he was close enough to see Siwa do the same move on Prado a few laps ago
15:04Either way, he wasn't close enough. It didn't happen. He couldn't make it happen
15:08Third fourth fifth all in the same shot Siwa, Prado, Hurlings
15:13Oh chasing the front through there the Smurf
15:19And when you're like this and you're fighting for positions all kinds of mistakes can be made
15:23And they're making the mistakes left right and center Hurlings gains two positions
15:27He goes from fifth to third at the expense of Siwa and Prado
15:31What a bit of riding that was from from Hurlings
15:40Siwa now fourth. Prado fifth
15:46Giving him a little bit of a courage but this is what it looked like from them
15:49Prado first gets into trouble. Hurlings goes around the outside cuts to the inside
15:53Capitalized on Siwa running into trouble notches himself down the inside there as well
15:58Notches himself down the inside there as well takes a tear off clear visibility next man in his sights Renault
16:07And he's starting to gain in on him as well two seconds behind Maxime Renault
16:12But for Jorge Prado
16:14Well, I tell you what, he's going to be picking up 16 points compared to the 25
16:20of Tim Geiser
16:22If things stay as they are, but
16:24You know what 14 minutes of this race still to run
16:27It seems like it's just starting to come alive. It was never really sort of there was never a dull moment anyway
16:32But it's been simmering. It's been brewing and now it's getting ready to boil to some kind of crescendo, isn't it?
16:45Maxime Renault with the foxhole shot that confirmed
16:52His first race back from injury then
16:57Hurling's closing in on him
17:00Put the flag out now the gap is what 17 points
17:07Between Geiser and Prado at the top of the championship
17:11Hurling's losing more ground to Geiser as well to the tune of five points if you put the flag out
17:21He started 36 off the lead coming into race one
17:25But Tim Geiser is in a different zip code, isn't he? He's like 12.8 seconds further up the track
17:30This is the battle for second and third
17:32Maxime Renault, Monster Energy Yamaha, Red Bull KTMs, Jeffrey Hurlings. He has whittled down that two second deficit
17:40Geiser coming back in the opposite direction as they come out of this turn any moment now on the Monster Energy jump
17:45That's what 12.8 seconds looks like
17:49And as they come out of this turn and onto the face of the jump
17:52That gap now 12.4 seconds
17:58Good ride this from Maxime Renault
18:02Not in the championship fight but still wants to hold himself accountable
18:07And he's doing a good job of doing that
18:10Oh Ruben Fernandez has got an issue and uh, has he caught, oh he's holding himself
18:18Gonna try and recover and Isaac Gifting going down as well. So Gifting
18:21He was already starting over on the far side of the circuit anyway after a difficult ramp qualifying session
18:26That's coming out of turn six
18:29And Hurlings goes by Renault
18:32Moves in the second position over on the wall turn
18:35Moves in the second position over on the wall turn
18:45Watch this here just coming up and that's why look
18:48Just ran into trouble through those deep runs and that's all it took for Hurlings to go by Renault
18:53So
19:00This will be interesting
19:01Gleiser 52 888 Hurlings 51 766 that was last time around the gap 13 seconds
19:08We've got 11 seconds plus two laps 11 minutes plus two laps to go
19:13Is this the kind of track where
19:15At round 17 Hurlings is prepared to push and risk everything
19:20In the hope of gaining three more championship points on Tim Geiser
19:25And nine on Jorge Prado
19:28He's got no choice when he came here last year
19:30He's won fourth or fifth overall
19:32And he was a little bit rusty, wasn't he round three?
19:41Keep an eye on those gaps
19:46As Hurlings goes through it's down to 12.1 seconds
19:50Here's Renault then Siwa
19:54Prado third fourth fifth now Fevre still lurking in the background in sixth
20:04See that very definitive dry line through the waves that's where there's
20:08The most traction and the less drag no sticky dirt
20:12Holding the riders back anything either side of that
20:15You're losing ground you're losing time you've a multitude of lines to pick at the end of the straight though
20:23Bonacorsi up to 10th Ferrato down to 11th
20:27Siwa getting squeezed by that marker as he goes by now
20:33See the amount of dirt they've scraped off there look in the background ahead of these races MX2 and MXGP
20:39But Prado
20:41He needs to dig down Siwa struggling with dirt beneath the footpegs
20:44Just kicking away frantically just to try and release that sticky dirt
20:49And it's rattled him as well look
20:52And that brings Prado
20:54Onto the rear wheel of the Kawasaki man
21:01Prado will try to cut back to the inside here
21:04He would have seen Hurlings find his way past the Swiss a few minutes ago
21:07Pass the Swiss a few laps ago shortly after being passed by the bullet himself
21:16Well to answer the question about will the gap come down between first and second the answer at the moment is no it's 13.6
21:21Seconds as Geisser goes round in a 1.52.4
21:26For 53.7 for Hurlings some of that is going to be line choice and pushing too hard some of that is going to be back markers
21:33Geisser already off screen here in the left hander heading his way down the back straight
21:38Oh
21:43Prado coming in hot didn't want to follow into that inside run
21:47Because there was traffic right there again, not sure who it is in the baby blue there, but
21:53Has to stay out of the way when he gets punted out of the way there as Prado comes through
21:57Almost snatches his handlebars out of his hands
22:03Just minding his own business sunday afternoon stroll through the park
22:07Boom number one comes through
22:09Wonders where it came from be a bit more vigilant
22:14Dylan Walsh there getting lapped on the 533 while carding this weekend
22:19Ah Siwa, how did he stay up through that left hander there as he landed on that plateau folded the front didn't he?
22:26Leg was hanging off
22:31And Jorge Prado still dealing with Dylan Walsh
22:37So
22:42Walsh riding with no goggles
22:44And that has cost Jorge Prado a lot of time and that's brought Roman Pfeffer onto the rear wheel of the Spaniard now
22:52Blue flags being waved doesn't do Roman Pfeffer any favors
23:01Finally yields, but again that costing Pfeffer that little exchange
23:07So
23:10Seven minutes plus two laps to go. Here's Maxime Renault still hanging on to third place
23:26It's taken a while, but it's his 88th Grand Prix start Maxime Renault
23:30So
23:35Been missing in action for since round three
23:44Okay back to this part of the racetrack which long high speed kick through seven into eight
23:52Tram line of grunts
23:56Carrying so much speed through there up on the pegs through that right hand changing direction into the left
24:02So much going on the front end is hitting all the whole load of braking bumps
24:11Siwa onto the rear wheel of Renault once again just under six minutes to go now
24:17Siwa would love the top three it gives you more of an opportunity to come away with the podium and he charges down the inside
24:23Backmarker catching the eye of Renault there
24:31Siwa was hoping to capitalize he couldn't they're starting to use this outside a lot more now aren't they at the bottom of the hill
24:47Prado getting dropped again for now that two seconds adrift of Siwa
24:59Listen
25:00To the crowd here for Jeremy Siwa as he gets closer
25:03It will erupt if he finds his way past the Frenchman for third
25:07But he's being very very stubborn, isn't he?
25:09Renault the former MX2 world champion
25:18Prado two seconds adrift
25:22Siwa fighting that bike as he comes in to land through those sticky ruts. It's just grabbing the front end so much
25:31And hurling still 13 seconds adrift of Geiser as time ticks down
25:41Is there going to be a way through for Siwa
25:48So
25:55Working our way to the far side of the circuit the left-hander that is turn nine
26:02Very deep ruts through there
26:06See Renault on the clutch
26:09These two get onto the step Prado
26:11Couldn't make the distance couldn't make the gap
26:14But somehow he's still there within touching distance once again a good recovery lap this from the Spaniard
26:21One rider who probably didn't want rain or mud is probably Prado this weekend
26:30Portugal he was 13th France. He was fourth overall
26:34Italy only finished the one race, but it was a mudder for race one, but it was only 10th overall that weekend
26:44So
26:48Siwa quick pull of the tear-offs there once visible
26:51Once visibility as much as possible
26:54As he prepares to attack. He thought about going down the inside there, but Renault just boxed him
26:59Didn't he change his mind in the last minute?
27:09Holds himself up through there that's going to allow Prado to gain once more
27:14Yeah
27:16In fact, Jorge Prado two and a half seconds further back a bobble there for Siwa as well
27:22You cannot
27:23knock his effort
27:26Those two little mistakes though
27:28And just in the blink of an eye a click of the fingers the number one is back
27:33Onto the rear wheel
27:36Six-wheeler coming towards us
27:44It
27:46Doesn't get good drive through there
27:48And Prado alongside him and Prado does move into fourth place
27:52And that all came because he changed the line
27:54There was a couple of mistakes earlier as well, but he changed his line in the left-hander didn't get good drive through the waves
28:00And that's what happens you risk you go off the good line and you open yourself up for attack Prado capitalized in one sweet move
28:08So
28:12And Prado is not done yet all of a sudden a fresh pair of eyes on the 959
28:17With two minutes plus two laps to go
28:22This has been a hard graft for Prado
28:30Trying to keep
28:33Guys are honest at the top of the championship table
28:37He
28:39Sends a return
28:41To that fourth place for Siwa as well in some way shape or form, don't you?
28:45he's hoping that Renault holds up Prado and then he gets close enough, but
28:48He's just left himself too much time here
28:51to make up
29:00Three laps to go
29:08So
29:10Prado needs to dig deep stays nice and low over the jump
29:14Onto that plateau holds that inside line. See how much more efficient he was through there than Siwa a lap ago
29:24And Renault tries to cover that line he heard Prado there and Prado meaning business all of a sudden
29:31Is
29:36And it's Siwa who's getting left behind Prado should follow Renault here that clean line
29:41Gives you the good drive. That's not what Siwa had a lap ago
29:49Oh how cool was that
29:51Up on the pegs deep ruts Prado grabs the tear off
29:55Make sure he's got visibility and just like that finds his way past the Frenchman and up into third
30:00Sublime move that from the Spaniard
30:05You can't teach that
30:07Up on the pegs there's so much going on on the front end at that moment in time deep sticky grabby ruts
30:12You're at speed. You're probably going down a gear as well and go, you know what just because I can
30:17Pull a tear off and make a pass at the same time a couple of meters later
30:30So
30:37Jeremy Siwa fancies his chances now
30:41On his former teammate as he eyes up fourth place
30:52Prado
30:53On his way up into third. He was fifth a couple of laps ago. Watch this here
30:57The first one he got good drive down through the waves found his way past Jeremy Siwa who opted for a different line
31:02But I tell you what that was very close as Siwa came across and then watch this here
31:07He's up on the pegs traveling at speed and goes, you know what? I'll set myself in a rut tear off if you don't mind
31:13Nip to the inside
31:15And take third position while I'm at it
31:19Great move that from Prado
31:22Monticelli just there ahead of him. Where is he in 20th position goes a lap down on that Beta MRT machine
31:34He's probably asking himself where was this kind of attack mode when he needed it mid-race there was definitely a log
31:40Wasn't there for the Spaniard?
31:42But he's got his act together now
31:44He's only going to lose five points in the championship chase as it stays like this
31:51Remember he was eight points down wasn't he going into race one?
31:58And Siwa does find his way by finally
32:02Maxime Renault now just starting to
32:04I won't say fade but just feeling the pressure of being a little bit race rusty
32:10Siwa up into fourth Renault down to fifth
32:12And he's got Fevre closing in on him as well and he's in danger of losing another position here
32:17oh knack knack your way through and that's because
32:22Renault just getting cross-routed and now he's under pressure from Fevre
32:37Well, he was hanging on there for a long time wasn't he up in that second place and third place
32:41He's currently in fifth at the minute
32:45And Roman Fevre wants to get in on the act as well
32:52Into the final lap for the two Frenchies
32:57Which one is going to be the top dog
33:02Between these two
33:06And again this comes down to fitness doesn't it you can ride and train during the week but your race fitness
33:11And being in amongst other riders a track that changes as much as it does and he's getting unseated coming out of there
33:18He's had to work hard but he is a grafter isn't he Renault
33:22oh
33:26Loses out oh they're bar to bar
33:33Renault hanging on
33:36Fevre just taking a breather as if to say well, that was a little bit too close for comfort
33:40You know what if you want fifth place that badly
33:44You can have that fifth place
33:51Anyway
33:53Siwa still pushing Prado those two separated by one and a half seconds as they uh
34:00Work their way through the bottom part of this circuit
34:04Just ahead of Renault Fevre
34:09Here's Geiser he's at the end of pit lane he's got about 15 seconds
34:15That was a moment ago
34:17Just lights it up the back end there they come very close together over the next jump as well
34:23But Prado
34:25Hanging on to third Tim Geiser though wins race one here and that is a massive win for the HRC men
34:31in difficult conditions
34:33Hurlings across the line in second place Prado has managed to sustain
34:38That third and keep Siwa behind him about a second and a half at bay
34:41But you can't make any mistakes like that not on the run towards the finish line Prado will hang on for third
34:47on the Red Bull Gas Gas
34:49Oh, he had to work hard for that as well, didn't he?
34:52Siwa fourth
34:56Acknowledges the crowd
34:58To his right hand side Tim Geiser with his sixth race win of the season
35:05And Tim Geiser gaining another five points on his closest rival
35:11Hurling's there just removing the goggles
35:1490 race wins now for Tim Geiser in his career
35:21On his 199th Grand Prix start
35:36In the holding zone there Arnottone has taken a much deserved swig of water
35:43Sweeping the hair back there as he takes 16th position on his wildcard appearance in his home Grand Prix
35:48Too good an opportunity to turn down
35:53But the points at the top of the championship
35:57Going to be down to 13
36:03Hurlings
36:05Is
36:07It's going to be back to minus 26
36:10Just as it was on Jorge Prado at the start of the weekend
36:14Anyway, Tim Geiser with his sixth race win his 90th career race win your winner. Here he is
36:21Tim Geiser congratulations. You profited from those difficult conditions at this stage. That was an important race win for your championship fight
36:29Yeah, exactly. I mean like we all know that the start is going to be really important
36:32You know, I take a solid start that was four thirds something like that
36:36Make a quick passes on the beginning and make a gap let's say and control the the motor, you know
36:41So, uh, yeah, really happy and hopefully we can do the same the second one
36:44You know, that's 90 career race wins for you now, really? That's nice
36:49Congratulations. Thank you
36:55Tim Geiser picking up the full bag of 25 points
37:00For victory in race one
37:07The HRC rider got a great start got to the front hustled his way to the front early on
37:13And from there no one saw him 14 and a half seconds clear by the time the checkered flag fell
37:19After 18 laps of racing around this brown belt circuit
37:22He moves 13 points clear at the top of the championship as we head into race two
37:30He
37:36Take a look at the highlights of that race then shall we just give you a little recap
37:41Sticky conditions end for MXGP race one here in switzerland
37:45Jeffrey hurling's over on the left Prado down the inside
37:47But it was Maxime Renault who crossed the line for the foxhole shot for his second time
37:53This year
37:56Tim Geiser there in second Prado on the inside of him
38:00As he tried to hustle his way to second Geiser though
38:04Hustled his way past the spaniard and then past the frenchman this was on the opening lap
