Hilarious Review of the Terrible Horror Movie 'Restricted Area'!

00:00This week we are discussing the 2019 horror movie Restricted Area, and I must say, the

00:17only thing that is horror about this movie is that it is terrible.

00:24The movie takes place at a campground where the four friends visiting have an encounter

00:29with a cult.

00:30When the movie first starts, we see two characters get attacked by the cult, and besides one

00:36random mention by two friends of those guys, we never hear any mention of them again.

00:45The pacing of the movie is very slow.

00:49There are times where the movie just seems to move along with either no talking or pauses

00:54in between conversations that just end up leaving a lot of dead space.

01:03During the trip, the guys run into this woman named Rose, played by Emily Gart, and I must

01:08say she is pretty attractive, so the movie does get a bit of a better rating due to that.

01:14But turns out, she is not quite what they expect, which was pretty obvious from the

01:19start.

01:23The movie just felt like it wanted so bad to be a slasher film.

01:27And while slashers aren't known for their stories, this one really missed the boat.

01:36The movie does end on a bit of a cliffhanger, so they are leaving room for another.

01:41And while this review isn't positive, I would be lying if I said I wouldn't watch the sequel

01:46because I do love a good bad movie lol, tkya.
