00:03Today, I will teach you how to make a Classical Mesmerizing Chocolate Cake without Oven
00:09We will make this in a single pot and it will turn out to be very delicious

00:39First of all, we will take a bowl like this and we will chop 50 gms of dark chocolate
00:45I am using dark chocolate here because it will give a little intense flavor and the color of the cake will also be dark brown
00:52Now, we will melt the chocolate
00:55We will turn on the flame to melt the chocolate and we will place the bowl on top of the flame
01:00We will place the bowl on the side like this and we will use the heat to melt the chocolate
01:06Basically, there is no professional way to melt chocolate and I haven't learned it from anywhere
01:11But, if you want to melt chocolate in a small amount then I will do it like this
01:15If you have a microwave, then you can microwave the chocolate for 20 seconds and mix it and it will melt
01:22If you use a double boiler, then the amount of chocolate will be this much and two utensils will get spoilt
01:27So, it is better to melt it in a small utensil, it melts very easily in 2 minutes
01:33When the chocolate melts like this, we will add 1 tsp of oil
01:44So, the chocolate has melted properly, we will take it
01:48Now, you can leave it in this bowl but I have transferred it to another bowl
01:51because I present everything properly while making the video
01:55Basically, we have added oil to it and it will result in two things
01:59One is that the chocolate will not get set again and the other is that it will get mixed easily in the batter
02:08Now, we will take another bowl and we will keep a sieve in it
02:11Now, we will add 130 gm of all-purpose flour
02:1650 gm of cocoa powder which will be half cup in cups
02:191 tsp of baking powder
02:211 tsp of baking soda
02:23Now, we will sieve everything properly
02:38We will mix it and keep it aside
02:41Now, we will break 4 eggs in a bowl
02:47Now, we will add 213 gm of sugar which will be half cup in cups
02:571 tsp of vanilla essence
02:59A pinch of salt
03:01Now, we will take an electric beater and we will beat it
03:06We have to beat it for 8 minutes
03:09We have to beat it till the sugar will dissolve and the egg will become fluffy
03:17So, I have beaten it for 8 minutes and its texture has become creamy
03:25The sugar has dissolved completely
03:28Now, we will take the beater again and we will beat it on low speed
03:32I have fast forwarded it so that you will feel that the speed is fast but the speed is low
03:37Now, we will add 2 3rd cup of oil and we will mix the batter while adding oil
03:44I have added all the oil
03:46Now, we will add 133 gm of yogurt which will be half cup in cups
03:51plus 1 tbsp
03:53If you have a measuring scale then you will be able to measure everything easily
03:57but if you don't have it then you can follow the measurement of cups and tbsp
04:01So, I have added yogurt and mixed it properly
04:08Now, we will add dry ingredients
04:10First, we will mix it with the beater and then we will beat it
04:14I have used the beater first so the dry ingredients were floating
04:20But, you can see that you can mix the dry ingredients first
04:32I guess the bowl is a little small but there is no issue
04:37We will mix it properly
04:45Now, we will add the melted chocolate
04:47You can see that it is still melted because we had added oil
04:51If we had not added oil then it would have been set
04:55But, if it is set then you can keep it near the flame for 10 seconds
05:01Give it some heat and it will melt again
05:04After adding chocolate, we will mix it properly
05:07Everything is mixed properly
05:10We will bring the batter on the side in the middle
05:14We will mix the batter properly with the help of spatula
05:17The batter is ready now
05:24We will take an 8 inch round pan and grease it with butter paper
05:29We will not grease the bowl because the batter already has oil
05:34So, the cake will not stick
05:38After adding all the batter, we will bake it

05:44For that, I had preheated a pan on low flame for 10 minutes
05:48Now, we will place a stand in the heated pan

06:38To prepare the frosting, I have 1 cup of whipping cream

13:31for that we will melt around 2 tbsp chocolate

13:42we will spread it in a small space in a rectangular shape
