00:59These Chinese nationals are Chun Kintong, a.k.a. Tony Lim, Lee Lan Yang, a.k.a. Jackson Lee, and Won Men Pin, a.k.a. Wang Ming Ping.
01:11They are involved in illegal drugs and are known drug lords in the country.
01:15They are imprisoned in the foreign area of Davao Penal Colony.
01:18According to their testimony, they were ordered by SPO4 Arthur Norzales, who is assigned to CIDG Region 11, or Davao Region.
01:28Another PDL, named Leo Pinkihan, gave their testimonies to be used in the killing of three Chinese nationals.
01:37They were fined Php 1,000,000 per head, in exchange for their freedom.
01:44They also mentioned the names of Davao Penal Farm Superintendent Gerardo Padilla,
01:50Colonel Edilberto Leonardo, Chief Regional Director of CIDG 11, named Bus Umano, SPO4 Norzales,
01:58and Colonel Roy Nagarman, a.k.a. PCSO General Manager of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
