00:00I think you've got a very good talent pool to choose from. I think you're in a
00:03very fortunate position. You know there's some great players, there's lots of
00:07experience in the squads and there's some very exciting up-and-coming talent
00:11coming through. You know the IPL has proven that there's a lot of talent
00:16across India. We now see more Indian players because of that tournament
00:20whereas previously we'd only see the sort of the three international teams
00:23coming overseas. So I think the IPL has got, you know, it's great credit for
00:29bringing that to cricket and obviously every country in the world is
00:34trying to replicate it. So I think the Indian team, it's quite exciting times
00:39and hopefully they'll go from strength to strength and hopefully they'll start
00:43using some hybrid pitches as well.
