00:26following the news that the former mayor of the Philippines has been released.

00:35According to President Marcos, the departure of Guo's country was just announced
00:39that the justice system is being corrupted because of the lack of public trust in the system.

01:26signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin for Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya and DFA Secretary Enrique Manalo,
01:34the Office of the President ordered the cancellation of Guo's passport,
01:39along with the children of Wesley Leal Guo, Sheila Leal Guo, and POGO representative Catherine Cassandra Leong.
01:47Executive Secretary Bersamin referred to the Republic Act No. 11983, or the Philippine Passport Act,
01:54which states that the Philippine passport is subject to cancellation if the holder or owner is a fugitive or hiding from justice.
02:03Bersamin mentioned the arrest warrants against Guo and his family.
02:07This was followed by Guo's refusal to participate in a series of invitations to listen to the illegal activities of POGO in the country.
02:15The Executive Secretary also added that there were criminal complaints against Guo due to trafficking.
02:20Other cases were also filed against the former mayor due to his involvement in POGO operations.
02:27Ong, who was helped by Guo in Singapore, was the first to be sighted in contempt of the camera due to his active participation in the hearings.
