00:08I worked with her in a soap before and I just fell in love with the place.
00:12In the beginning, this was just raw land.
00:15It came from a wildfire and then there was just one tree
00:20that actually was able to withstand all the chaos and the wildfire.
00:28It reminded me of myself, how I can survive everything.
00:33I fell in love with this piece of land and we turned it into something beautiful.

00:45I don't know. Some might say I'm very frugal, but I'm very practical.
