00:30We had the privilege last year of interviewing school captains and leaders and the most important
00:47imperative mission that we put on them was to find the heart and soul of our community
00:51again.
00:52And our leaders are here today and they took that challenge, they embraced it and they've
00:56lived that message and I'm proud and inspired by our student leaders, please give them a
01:01round of applause.
01:02It's about the community, the students working together to achieve their personal best in
01:08whatever they do.
01:10Consistently that's a story of Maiden and Roslyn.
01:14This morning I met an engineer from a time when females were never engineers and it's
01:21fitting because we're now known as one of the leading STEM schools in New South Wales
01:26and it's very difficult to convey to you the number of female graduates that come out of
01:31Newcastle University that we make with Roslyn students and we're proud of that.
