00:30gonna challenge her to shoot there as often as possible because I want her to have that skill.
00:35She doesn't feel connected to the to the team okay we're gonna go to coffee we're gonna talk
00:40she's gonna be connected to me if not everyone and I'm gonna be like a bridge to connect her to
00:45all of us so that we feel connected when we get to a hard moment and she can come and rely on
00:51somebody.
