Transcript
00:00My name's Jack Watto, I'm the painter of these efforts behind me, and it's all about, really,
00:07what is on everybody's mind at the moment, and that's climate change and all the accelerants
00:12that go with this, old gas, coal, whatever, recyclable or unrecyclable plastics, cigarette
00:21plastics, so on and so forth. So it's really a slap you in the face, six pieces of artwork,
00:28to try and wake people up, if they're not already awake. But primarily, it's for the
00:35next generation, because after this ends, they'll go on tour around schools for youngsters
00:43to enjoy, and hopefully I can get a few questions out of them. Every aspect, coal industry, gas
00:50industry, burning of forests, behind me is a possible outcome of lack of services, gas,
01:01water, NHS, police, whatever, all the lack of services. So this is what you could have,
01:08and this is what we're doing to the seas with the pollution that goes in it, sort of discarded net,
01:17rubbish, and sort of all sorts of things, and what is tipped overboard, and they're not caught.
01:26How would you describe your exhibition? A slap in the face, hopefully.
