00:13The nation's top political leaders met today to lay out a strategic plan for the May 2025

00:19midterm elections. Under the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., Partido

00:25Federal ng Pilipinas, Lakas Christian Muslim Democrats, Nationalist People's Coalition,

00:31Nacionalista Party, and National Unity Party convened under the banner of Alianza para sa

00:38Bagong Pilipinas. House Speaker Martin Romualdez, President of the ruling Lakas CMD, led the

00:44discussions, which focused on strengthening unity, preventing internal conflicts, and ensuring the

00:50coalition strategy for the May 2025 elections is both cohesive and effective. The Department of

00:56Environment and National Resources or DENR announced the country and Singapore have

01:01reinforced their commitments to deepening collaboration and exploring innovative

01:06solutions for inclusive and climate resilience development. The event brought together

01:11representatives from both the private sector and government agencies to discuss sustainable

01:16development, leveraging technology to address shared challenges, attracting international

01:21investments, and adopting best practices. The proposed 2025 budget of the Office of

01:28the Vice President has been greenlighted at the committee level to be submitted for plenary

01:33approval. The recommended budget for the OVP is 2.037 billion pesos, which reflects an over

01:418% increase compared to this year's appropriation. The Bagong Pilipinas Revisio Fair or BPSF Agency

01:49Summit 2024 continues at the Philippine International Convention Center or PICC in Pasay City.
