00:00Kyle Busch with the fourth place finish today in the eight.
00:02You guys showed sparks of life.
00:03You led some laps, had some fun out there, it looks like, but you made a charge there
00:06at the end.
00:07What more did you need in those closing two laps?
00:11I mean, we had two tires, so maybe two more.
00:15Maybe three more.
00:16I don't know.
00:17But net good day for us.
00:18I mean, the Lucas Oil Chevrolet was just a little bit off.
00:20We missed a little bit being too tight at both ends of the track, and that might have
00:23been a little bit of our overall net pace.
00:25But, you know, Randall and the guys made some really good calls on pitch strategy, got us
00:28the spots that we needed, kept us up front in the game, battled top ten all day, so we
00:33brought home a good finish.
00:34I know it won't translate to the next two weeks here, what we saw in Michigan, but you're
00:38heading to a racetrack, Daytona, and then we go to Darlington, where you finished in
00:41the top five with this team, your first race there.
00:44How do you manage the next two races and take the momentum with this jolt of life here?
00:49Yeah, I mean, that's just it.
00:51Just trying to get through these next two and keeping ourselves in position to win.
00:56Daytona's a crapshoot.
00:57You could be leading on the final lap and be in a heap before you get to the finish
01:01line, you know.
01:02But Darlington, same way.
01:03You got to be in position there.
01:04It's really narrow, really tough, really tight.
01:06Handling really comes into play a lot there, so we just got to be on top of our game.
01:10I mean, if we're going to put ourselves in the playoffs right now, now's the time, but
01:12otherwise, you know, we'll just have to try to ride it out and get some more good finishes
01:17and build on it and keep this program going in the right direction.
01:20Thanks, Kyle.
01:21Yeah.
