00:00What does Ray J do when it's all becoming too much?
00:04You got all these business calls, all these business meetings,
00:07all the different things, you're flying here and there.
00:10You know, for people who are watching us,
00:12who want to be entrepreneurs,
00:14who want to, you know, be brand ambassadors
00:16and all those kind of things,
00:18what kind of advice do you give to them?
00:21What do they do when it seems like it's becoming too much?
00:26I think you just take a day off.
00:27You take a day off, you cut your phone off,
00:30you chant, however you meditate,
00:32and you got to get back to it.
00:33I mean, either you're going to quit
00:35or you're going to go through it.
00:36And I'm like $7 million of my own money in,
00:39and maybe I'm working too hard.
00:40You know, maybe I need to drink more water, you know,
00:43so we don't sweat as much when we're out hustling.
00:45But if we're not sweating, we're not working hard enough.
00:49And where does this drive come from?
00:53Where does this entrepreneurial spirit come from?
00:56I think it's just survival.
00:58And we have probably the best funnels of marketing, right?
01:02If we market something,
01:03I can almost guarantee you we'll hit our number, you know?
01:07So we under-promise, over-deliver,
01:10and just work through it, man, and work through it.
01:12It's been a really rough year for us as far as our time
01:15and how much time we've been putting into this project.
01:17So it's good though.
01:18We're here.
01:19We here, baby.
01:20We made it to the top.
01:23What's up, mom?
01:24Top of the world!
01:26Tell me, Reggie, what, in your view,
01:28makes a great business leader?
01:31And what makes you a great business leader?
01:32I think you got to be patient with everybody.
01:34There's going to be a lot of emotion.
01:36There's going to be a lot of,
01:38I don't want to do it anymore.
01:39I'm done.
01:42Some of the conflicts might be,
01:43I'm not getting paid enough.
01:44Whatever it is through the staff,
01:45you have to listen to the staff.
01:47You have to listen to your team.
01:48You have to make them feel good.
01:49You have to have fun.
01:51Fun drives the success for us.
01:53And if it's not fun,
01:55then I believe we can't be a part of it.
01:57It has to be fun.
01:58Even through the problems, it's fun.
