ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲ ಥಾವರಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್ ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಮುಡಾ) ಬದಲಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್‌ಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಆದೇಶ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ. Governor Thawarchand Gehlot has sanctioned prosecution against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda) allotment case. Questioning this, Siddaramaiah has started a legal battle. An application was submitted to the Karnataka High Court on Monday and the hearing of the application has started.
