00:00Hi, welcome back to my channel, in this video, I will explain the ending of Diary of a Wimpy

00:04Kid Christmas, Cabin Fever, so, let's begin.

00:08Directed by Luke Cormacan, the latest installment was written and produced by Kinney himself.

00:13Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas Cabin Fever follows Greg Hefley as he fights to stay off

00:17Santa's naughty list while his family prepares for a major snowstorm.

00:21Here's everything you need to know about the ending, just to let you know this video will

00:26Greg Hefley tries to make it off the naughty list so Santa comes through with the gift

00:29he wants for this year's Christmas, a new video game system.

00:33His efforts are all buried under snow as a snowman he tries to make with his friend Rowley

00:37ends up rolling down the street, becoming a massive snowball and crashing into the snowplow

00:40lady's truck.

00:42The lady chases after the kids but Greg and Rowley manage to evade her.

00:47Greg ideates dumping their scarves into a bin so they won't be recognized.

00:51In the following days, Greg tries his best to be a good boy for the gift as his family

00:55contends with a snowstorm that takes out the whole power grid.

00:58Greg is shocked to see his and Rowley's wanted posters making the rounds and his brother

01:02Roderick starts getting close to figuring out what Greg has been up to.

01:05Greg finally decides to go to the bin and reclaim the evidence.

01:09He encounters the snowplow lady and she later drops him home.

01:13She also finds the truth but she lets him go, seeing how he's a good-natured kid.

01:17Greg is imbued with the spirit of Christmas and he decides to give back the kindness he

01:21was rewarded with, as Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas Cabin Fever rolls the credits.

01:26What do Greg and Rowley do?

01:28Greg and Rowley are making a snowman but do a pretty poor job at it.

01:31The big snowball ends up ruining the lawn and they decide to keep it aside.

01:36The ball falls off the ledge and onto the road, where it starts rolling and rolling

01:39into a bigger ball until it collapses onto the truck of the snowplow lady.

01:43She chases them but they escape successfully.

01:46Later they try to get rid of the evidence by dumping their scarves and earmuffs into

01:50the dustbin, which turns out to be a donation box for gifts for the underprivileged kids.

01:55Is Greg arrested?

01:57Greg and Rowley's approximate faces etched on wanted posters throughout the street start

02:00making rounds.

02:02He gets anxious but their identifiable articles of clothing are inside the bin, so no big

02:06deal.

02:07However, the bin turns out to be a donation box and now Greg must return to the box to

02:11retrieve the incriminating evidence since his name is sewn inside of his scarf, and

02:15that would lead the police, as he so worries, to him and Rowley.

02:18He takes Rowley with him and goes to the box but soon he encounters the snowplow lady,

02:22who gives him a ride home.

02:24She tells him about his kid and how she hasn't been able to give him a gift he's been wanting

02:28for a while now.

02:29She also finds out that Greg is the kid behind that snowplow incident later on, but in the

02:33Christmas spirit and after seeing his kind nature, she lets him off the hook.

02:37Soon, the police come knocking.

02:40Greg thinks the lady told on him but the cops are actually there to ask for the donation,

02:44which they're doing home to home since nobody could make it to the box due to the snowstorm.

02:48Greg asks the cops to deliver what he has to donate, specifically to the snowplow lady's

02:52home.
