00:00A woman was arrested in Manila after stealing the SUV that her ex-boyfriend was using.
00:06The suspect admitted that he borrowed the car worth Php 150,000 from the owner of his ex-boyfriend's boss.

00:21This woman was driving straight outside the parking lot of a hotel in Malate, Manila.
00:28She used the car of her ex-boyfriend's foreigner.
00:31Her ex-boyfriend was sleeping in the room where they checked in.
00:36Based on the investigation by the police, the woman stole the car.
00:41When the man was sleeping, she took the key, gave it to him and sold it to someone else.
00:49When the man woke up, his car was gone. The woman was also gone.
00:55The suspect already had a plan to sell the SUV before he could meet his boyfriend last Wednesday.
01:02When we reviewed his cell phone, he already had a plan to meet his date prior because he was already making a deal.

01:15With the help of CCTV, the suspect was caught by the MPD anti-carnapping unit.
01:21He was caught when he lowered the window of the car he was driving.
01:25The people of the hotel confirmed that the suspect was there and that he was with the man.
01:31The suspect admitted that he stole the car and charged him with a fine of P150,000.
01:38According to the police, it was also revealed that the car was not owned by the ex-boyfriend.
01:44The MPD anti-carnapping unit confirmed that the victim's boss owns the SUV.

01:51I didn't sell it.
01:53What did you do?
01:55I sold it.
01:56He's my boyfriend.
01:57I didn't know that the car was not his.
02:02His name is not on the car.
02:04The suspect is also a defense.
02:05He didn't work for his boyfriend for two months and he was promised that he will be given money.
02:11He didn't fulfill his promise so he was able to get a car.
02:16The suspect is facing charges of violating the Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
