Residents on a street in Darwen have won over half a million in a postcode lottery

00:17The town is like the best town to live in and the street is amazing.

00:21Everyone's so friendly and looks out for each other.

00:24Like, yeah, amazing, isn't it? We're so fortunate.

00:28Emma lives in the corner. She's my son and daughter's best friend.

00:32So they've just got married.

00:34Money back in the bank now.

00:36So it's amazing.

00:38To win with all the neighbours, yeah, it feels fantastic.

00:40It's good community spirit on Garden Village.

00:43So to see everybody else win as well, yeah, brilliant.

00:46We're planning a large holiday to Majorca in September, so it'll come in handy towards that and maybe a few others.

01:04The whole weekend from when we got the phone call to right now has just been so surreal and hard to sleep.

01:12I was just paying for the petrol in the garage as Steve was just pumping and the phone had gone off

01:18and I'd just got the text message to say please ring this number.

01:23And I just thought, okay.

01:26And then when it was said it was a postcode lottery, it was just unbelievable.
