A football fan has kicked off a gruelling charity challenge to cycle to all his beloved club's away games.
Devoted Lewis Robinson, 32, will rack up 3,700 miles following Blackburn Rovers this season.
He spent four days cycling to his side's game at Norwich City's Carrow Road stadium on Saturday (Aug 17), which Rovers drew 2-2 following their late equaliser.
He'll now spend the next nine months riding up and down the country to the other 22 away grounds the Lancashire club will visit in the Championship this season.
Lewis, from Garstang, Lancs., who owns a recruitment firm, is hoping to raise money for a cancer charity after the death of a close friend.

00:00Hi everyone, we're just over half way of today's ride, we're going pretty well actually, we're
00:06averaging 21mph, it's fairly flat round here so even though I've been struggling, well
00:11not struggling, but I've got tired legs so I'm still managing to kick out at a good pace
00:14so arriving well ahead of schedule for Carrow Road, we should be there in just half an hours
00:22time so around 1 o'clockish, I'm waiting to look at the time, that's a guess, but around
00:261 o'clock. The purpose of this video right now is, it'll be a bit unexpected to Caitlin
00:31to be honest, but I feel like she absolutely needs some recognition here, in my eyes I'm
00:38doing the easy stuff, I'm doing the cycling, because I am useless on social media, you
00:43can probably tell with how awkward I am on videos, but yeah look, Caitlin's behind all
00:51the social media pages, she's pushing the donations, she's pushing the shares, she's
00:55absolutely smashed it and I'm very very proud of her for that to be honest. I mean yeah,
01:01the cycling's hard, that's one thing, but if you gave me the option of posting on social
01:06media and trying to get content and everything else, or cycling 216 miles I think it is,
01:11I'd choose the cycling every time, no matter the weather, so yeah, this is a bit of an
01:15appreciation video, I'm very proud of her and I'm very thankful that she's allowing
01:20me to do this, on this journey, but also, I mean she's committed to doing every single
01:25one with me so, I mean yeah, from my point of view I can't ask for more than that, and
01:31it's a great achievement for Caitlin as well, I mean, she's been looking after her at Fulham
01:35up here the whole trip as well, so yeah, 100% Caitlin's had the hard job and she definitely
01:41deserves some recognition, so thank you very much, really appreciate you.
01:46Good afternoon everyone, I've just arrived in Kingsland, which is beautiful actually,
01:53it's a lovely place, 35 miles away from where I was staying, got about 30 miles left today,
01:59it's a nice, sort of 65 mile today, so it's not too bad, I'll be honest, this morning,
02:06you know, we're going to have struggles and this morning was a struggle, I think I was
02:09just depleted, like I'm struggling to eat at night, which is normal for me anyway, like
02:13I normally struggle after sort of races or, you know, if I'm training for longer endurance
02:20events but, listen, we're halfway through today, so excited for tomorrow, like, that's
02:27what's got me through all this, just the Rovish fans that have been messaging saying that
02:31they're going to meet me at the finish line, can't say how grateful I am for that, so the
02:37plan is now just to go and grab a coffee, grab a water, get some carbs down me and then
02:41push on for the rest of today and hopefully actually make a day of today that's just consisted
02:48of cycling, it's so refreshing to be cycling and not to be being hammered by wind and rain
02:56but, like I said yesterday, it's going to happen isn't it, it's going to happen in worse
03:00conditions, so hey, hopefully that's what I get a shirt, that's what I'll get as donations
03:05as well for this amazing charity, so yeah, stay tuned guys, hopefully you managed to
03:12check out my interview with Radio Lancashire this morning, if not, it's posted on all the
03:17socials, so yeah, let me know what you think of that, but yeah, keep the positive messages
03:22coming and yeah, I'll drop another video once I've finished today, thanks for tuning in guys!
