00:38It was a hot summer day.
00:41Boomer and Squeak set up their lemonade stand.
00:45Lots of animals will want lemonade today.
00:48Boomer said.
00:50Soon our jars will be full of money.
00:53We will be rich.
00:55Good said Squeak.
00:57I will buy a boat.
00:59A blue boat with red sails.
01:01I will buy a sports car.
01:04Boomer said.
01:05A yellow square car with a loud horn and shiny wheels.
01:10Squeak stood on his chair and looked around.
01:13He did not see anyone.
01:16I wonder who will buy the first glass he said.
01:20I will said Boomer.
01:22Boomer took a nickel from his pocket.
01:25He put it in Squeak's jar.
01:28Squeak gave him a glass of lemonade.
01:31This is good said Boomer.
01:33Try some.
01:35So Squeak took the nickel out of his jar.
01:38He put it in Boomer's jar.
01:40We have sold two glasses.
01:43Said Boomer.
01:45We are getting richer.
01:47Boomer and Squeak sat and sat.
01:50They waited and waited.
01:52Nobody came.
01:54All this sitting and waiting makes me thirsty.
01:58Said Squeak.
02:00Let me buy you a drink.
02:02Said Boomer.
02:04Boomer took the nickel out of his jar.
02:07He put it in Squeak's jar.
02:09He gave his friend a drink.
02:12Yum said Squeak.
02:14May I return the favor?
02:17Squeak handed the nickel back to Boomer.
02:20He gave Boomer a drink.
02:22Boomer and Squeak sat and waited some more.
02:25Maybe nobody knows we are here Squeak said.
02:29I will carry our sign around.
02:32Squeak ran across the bridge.
02:35Around the lake.
02:36Over the hill and back.
02:39Did you find any thirsty animals?
02:42Boomer asked.
02:44Squeak huffed and puffed.
02:46Yes I did panted Squeak.
02:49Me.
02:50May I borrow five cents?
02:53Boomer took the nickel out of his jar and handed it to Squeak.
02:58Squeak took a glass of lemonade and gulped it down.
03:02Boomer held up the pitcher.
03:04Now we have only one glass of lemonade left he said.
03:09Squeak looked worried.
03:11What if two animals want lemonade, he asked.
03:15They might fight.
03:17Quick Boomer.
03:19Take the last glass.
03:21Boomer did just that.
03:23The lemonade is gone.
03:26Boomer said.
03:27We must be rich.
03:30Let's count our money.
03:32Boomer and Squeak shook their jars.
03:35One shiny nickel rolled across the table.
03:39Great gumballs, said Boomer.
03:41We have made only five cents.
03:44You cannot buy a boat with five cents said Squeak.
03:49Or a sports car said Boomer.
03:51There is only one thing you can buy for five cents.
03:55Said Squeak.
03:57Boomer and Squeak took their nickel.
04:00They ran across the bridge.
04:03Around the lake, over the hill, and all the way to Mrs. Pip's store.
04:07What would you like?
04:10Asked Mrs. Pip.
04:12Boomer and Squeak smiled and said.
04:15One glass of lemonade please.
