00:00except for those who have a connection with the people with whom you have made a covenant,
00:06or who have come to you in the state that they are tired of fighting you,
00:11and they are tired of fighting their own people.
00:14And if Allah the Almighty had willed, He would have put them against you,
00:18and they would certainly have fought you.
00:20So, if these people turn away from you, and do not fight you,
00:25and put the message of reconciliation on your side,
00:28then Allah the Almighty would not have put them against you.
