00:18However, prior to the closure of the £190 million case in 2019 and 2020,
00:23the inquiry was closed.
00:28Banu Peer's request to close the £190 million case was made by Samad Peer.
00:34However, the Registrar's Office has raised objections to this request.
00:38With the objections of the Registrar's Office, the £200 million case will be heard by Samad Peer,
00:43Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Babur Sattar on the bench.
00:47The Registrar's Office will also issue a case list.
