There has been a lot of action over the past three days and we've seen both individuals as well as larger groups of riders use the lumpy terrain to escape from the bunch. Yesterday's 159.2km stage provided the longest breakaway of the race so far but the highest speed in a break was set by Loes Adegeest during her 72km solo effort on Thursday's stage 5.
