प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने वॉयस ऑफ ग्लोबल साउथ शिखर सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, "मिशन लाइफ के तहत हम न केवल भारत में बल्कि साझेदार देशों में भी छतों पर सौर और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा उत्पादन को प्राथमिकता दे रहे हैं। हमने वित्तीय समावेशन और अंतिम छोर तक वितरण में अपने अनुभव साझा किए हैं और ग्लोबल साउथ के विभिन्न देशों को यूपीआई से जोड़ने के प्रयास किए हैं."
