00:05competition in this category was especially fierce. The finalists have shown incredible
00:10commitment to product and customer service with fantastic teams, chefs, bakers, servers,
00:16managers contributing to their success and popularity, so a huge category.

00:38The Benleth Tandoori Restaurant, Ribbon Oyster, The Sun Hotel,
00:43The Ancient Britain, The Hoogar Cafe, Bar and Kitchen, Green Island Bistro, Broken Town,
00:50New Inn Amros, and Sierra Bullion.
01:02So yeah, pretty competitive category I'd say.
01:06Eatery of the year, the highly commended recognition goes to The Ancient Britain.
