Fortnite ist jetzt wieder auf dem iPhone verfügbar, die Installation ist allerdings ein wenig komplizierter, weshalb Epic Games sie Schritt für Schritt erklärt hat. Der Download geht nämlich nicht auf offiziellem Weg über den App-Store, sondern muss über die Installation des Epic Games Store abgewickelt werden, der seinerseits erstmal auf dem iPhone installiert werden muss.

00:07In the European Union, you can get these games through the Epic Games Store on iOS.
00:12There are a lot of steps, and we are here to help.
00:15Let's get started!
00:17First, open up Safari on your iPhone and head to epic.download.
00:23Push the button.
00:25You'll see a pop-up letting you know your iPhone isn't set up to install new marketplaces from the web yet.
00:31To fix this, we need to head to the Settings app.
00:34Press OK, then open up Settings.
00:37You should see a banner that says Allow Marketplace from Epic Games.
00:42Tap that, choose Allow, and then head back to your browser.
00:49Press Install.
00:51You'll get another iOS pop-up asking if you want to install the Epic Games Store.
00:55Tap Install App Marketplace.
00:57Once that's done, the Epic Games Store app will be on your iPhone.
01:01Open that up and select a game, and then install it just like you do with any other app store,
01:07with one last iOS pop-up for confirmation.
