00:12I mean, it's interesting, actually, because one thing that Elon had said about our country, when things looked pretty hairy, when we had riots on our streets and we looked like a fractured society,
00:22things are calming down and I hope we can go back to the wonderful, integrated, calm and peaceful Britain that I think at one point we were sort of famous around the world for being.
00:31But he said, you know, it looks like the UK is going into civil war and people said, that's terrible, you can't say that, that's inflammatory.
00:39But I wonder if he looked at what was going on and, you know, having been brought up in South Africa, which itself has been riven by all sorts of conflicts and societal divisions,
00:50that this is actually something close to his heart that he definitely does not want to see happen.
00:55Oh, no, no. No, no, no. He would not want to see that, of course not. But he's stating a simple fact.
01:02So, I mean, it's not as though he made anything up. To anyone looking at England from the outside now, I can tell you, we had a lot of problems in South Africa and we never had anything like what you're having.
01:18We had a few odd situations, maybe once or twice when some malls or something were damaged, but nothing, nothing like what is going on there.
01:30And so anyone who looks at the situation, then one has to feel very sorry for the English people. I feel very sorry for them.
01:39I grew up in England for a few years and I know nearly all the towns, London, Gloucester, Bristol, Liverpool, I've lived in all those places.
01:49You lived in Gloucester? I'm from Gloucester. That's amazing. Wow.
01:54Yeah, I like the weather there. It was very good weather there. The weather was quite good there, I seem to recall.
01:59And it was, yeah, very nice people and Cheltenham and so on.
02:05And, yeah, but the, you know, the situation there, I think the English people have been given a really raw deal.
02:14Not to say that other European countries haven't also perhaps been given or being given a very raw deal.
