00:00This is the responsibility of Mamata Banerjee and her government.
00:09First of all, you were unsuccessful in stopping the incident that took place.
00:15Your government, your administration, your administration was completely unsuccessful.
00:21While you were in office, while a female chief minister was in office,
00:26such a heinous incident was carried out there.
00:30After that, with the thought of erasing the evidence,
00:35after midnight, in the manner in which thousands of non-social elements entered there,
00:41in the manner in which they broke everything,
00:45it is evident in itself that there is someone who wants to save someone.
00:50And this responsibility is also the responsibility of the state government and its administration.
00:54In a way that there is no interference in any way with the evidence.
01:00In this case, instead of accusing each other,
01:05the Chief Minister of West Bengal should ensure
01:09that there is no obstruction in any way in the CBI investigation.
01:13In any way, there should be no tampering with the evidence.
01:18Primarily, the Chief Minister should not be accused.
01:23The victim family needs justice right now,
01:26for which the CBI is fully committed there.
01:30But there will be no support from the state administration there.
01:33And in their protection, if there is an interference with the evidence in this way,
01:39then this will go against the thought of bringing justice to the victim family somewhere.
01:44Brother, there is anger and this anger is in the mind of every person.
01:47And this incident is not only of West Bengal,
01:49every person in the country is more angry than this.
01:52Especially women, especially young people.
01:55Even today, in the 21st century, if such heinous incidents are being committed,
02:00yesterday my Prime Minister also said this during his speech on Independence Day,
02:06that the society also needs to understand this duty.
02:09What kind of mentality are we being victimized by today?
02:12What kind of incidents are being committed?
02:15The accused should be given the strictest punishment.
02:20This will definitely be done by the central government,
02:23and this state government should also fulfill this responsibility.
