ಆರ್‌ಜಿ ಕರ್ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾರ್ಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ನಡೆಸಿ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವೇಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಘಟನೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಮಮತಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. However, protests are going on across the country against this incident. The opposition parties are attacking the Mamata government.
