00:00Tick over 3400 cattle here today, slightly lesser yarding than a month ago. Our grown
00:08steers have sold very comparably to last month, $4 to $4.20, fewer tick over.
00:13The wieners are probably similar story in the lead end, the bottom of them high threes,
00:19that sort of thing. Heifers, grown heifers $3.50 to $3.65, something like that. Lead of the wiener
00:27heifers $3.30 to $3.50, that sort of thing. A more significant number of lighter weight cattle
00:35here at Ballarat which we're not used to seeing here today. They're probably sold at or above
00:40expectation for what they were. A lot of those cattle making $400 to $600 with a few little
00:45lightweights under that, but principally they've sold probably reasonably well for what they are.
00:49A lot of those calves being weaned early to preserve cows and feed, that sort of thing.
00:53So that's a bit of a summary of Ballarat today.
