00:25The 29-year-old Vietnamese national was arrested while the patient was being investigated.

00:34were assigned to the beds and improvised clinics in the condo unit.

00:41is actually doing this botox procedure for a fee of Php 5,000.

00:52does not have a license to practice medicine here in the Philippines.
01:00Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily stops the movement of muscles.
01:05It is used in cosmetic procedures
01:07to reduce swelling and to lower the lines on the face.
01:10The operation was based on the complaint of some patients
01:13that their botox procedure was complicated.
01:16The NBI also discovered that the Vietnamese national was a tourist
01:20but that he was actually doing botox.
01:23The NBI is saying that you have operated on some patients
01:27without the necessary licenses here in the Philippines.
