00:00Inside the Tottenham training ground ahead of the new season in which Spurs begin at
00:04Leicester, which has been really overshadowed by Tottenham, is that Ian Kosuma is suspended
00:09from their Open game at Leicester City after filming himself inhaling laughing gas at the
00:15weekend.
00:16Andrew Postacoglou is saying Kosuma now had to rebuild trust with himself and the squad
00:21and that he had let himself down.
00:23I understand Kosuma is training as normal, it's a one game club sanction so he will potentially
00:28be available for Spurs next match, that's against Everton in a week's time, but he won't
00:35play at the King Power Stadium.
00:37That opens the door to summer signing Archie Gray potentially making his competitive debut
00:41at number six, although Rodrigo Bentancur would be a more experienced option to come
00:46in there next to Pape Sarr.
00:49Dominic Solanke, another summer signing, is expected to start up front, particularly as
00:53Postacoglou has said Richarlison still needs match minutes over the next few weeks after
00:59returning from injury only recently.
01:02The Spurs manager in confident mood ahead of the big kick-off I'd say, he talks about
01:06his squad being better prepared for the challenges ahead this season than they were last time.
01:10He obviously expects Spurs to improve and click into gear and be more consistent than
01:15they was over the course of his maiden season in charge.
01:19He said it had been a better pre-season than last term as well, which was disrupted by
01:24various things including cancellations, some of their pre-season friendlies.
01:28So Spurs are in decent shape, particularly considering not many of their players are
01:33at the Euros.
01:34They should be well set for a good start against Leicester City, although they will have to
01:38do it without Yves Bassema who is suspended for a game.
