00:30I'm so happy to be here with you and also in your space,
00:32to sit here in Chismecito Augusto,
00:34that we like Chismecito.
00:36The truth is that
00:38I came with a tremendous inspiration
00:40to ask you a lot of things,
00:42but I want to start
00:44by magnifying you.
00:46We all know Marta in different facets,
00:48like the communicator,
00:50like the opinion leader, like the entrepreneur,
00:52but above all, like this woman
00:54who sets a guideline every time she raises her voice
00:56and that stirs me up.
00:58So, we want to know how we will see you
01:00in Off the Record
01:02with Marta de Valle.
01:04Oh my God, look, you know Ale,
01:06so many people have told me,
01:08hey, I feel like I'm your friend.
01:10How I would love to be at those tables
01:12that you set up, at those dinners,
01:14listening to what you talk about with your friends,
01:16or I would love to be part of that circle,
01:18or how Marta
01:20will be off the radio.
01:22And I think two very important things.
01:24You will be surprised
01:26that I am much more identical.
01:28But the mission of Off the Record
01:30was to be a different podcast
01:32and a podcast based on the truth.
01:34I believe, Ale, that today more than ever,
01:36audiences appreciate
01:38the net and the transparency.
01:40And you know what?
01:42It is quite lacking
01:44to show ourselves as we are,
01:46the public people
01:48who believe that we are
01:50or perfect or admirable
01:52or super powerful
01:54as we really are
01:56so that all other women
01:58out there and men realize
02:00that we are not much different
02:02and that we live
02:04and think and feel
02:06and have gone through
02:08things so similar, if not almost identical
02:10to what we have lived.
02:12And if through sharing your experience
02:14and your truth and your story
02:16and your learning
02:18you can inspire and touch the soul
02:20of someone else or make them feel
02:22that they can too,
02:24imagine what a bigger gift.
02:26So, in Off the Record,
02:28I chose 12 of my most beloved friends
02:30and obviously my husband,
02:32to replicate
02:34those conversations
02:36that do happen
02:38on vacation, on trips,
02:40at home, at dinners, at meals,
02:42with my closest and most endearing people
02:44who, although not all of them
02:46are public people,
02:48all of them have something incredible
02:50to teach us
02:52and all of them have taught me
02:54and I have learned fantastic things from them
02:56that I also want to share with my audience.
02:58So, for example,
03:00my friend Victoria Lee is a banker.
03:02Did she do so well
03:04in terms of her money?
03:06We need her advice.
03:08At 50 years old,
03:10Victoria retired.
03:12And if someone has taught me
03:14to capitalize my money,
03:16to invest my money,
03:18to take care of my money,
03:20to make good decisions with my money,
03:22it's Victoria.
03:24So, I want to replicate in Off the Record
03:26the conversations that I have had with Victoria
03:28and I want to share that victory with you.
03:30But then I have another beloved friend
03:32who lost her partner.
03:34After many years of being single,
03:36she found him.
03:38She enjoyed him for two years and lost him.
03:40And I observed her
03:42with what maturity
03:44and with what weight
03:46and with what wisdom
03:48she accepted that loss.
03:50I said,
03:52more women have to listen.
03:54How did she do it?
03:56The process that she went through.
03:58The hard process of mourning.
04:00And how did she manage it so well?
04:02So, you don't know how moving
04:04the conversations will be,
04:06but also super fun.
04:08Wait a minute, Marta.
04:10I'm about to retire
04:12because it was my next question.
04:14I'm enjoying it a lot.
04:16My question was about
04:18this experience
04:20that your guests are going to live.
04:22It's an authentic experience
04:24of intimacy.
04:26So, that was my question.
04:28What did you base yourself on
04:30to form this podcast style
04:32in which we are all going to take our clothes off
04:34in the sun.
04:36Beyond coming to expose ourselves
04:38and see this vulnerability.
04:40It's like, based on my experience,
04:42100%
04:44I think that
04:46when we decided
04:48to do this podcast,
04:50we are looking to do something very different
04:52than what we normally do out there.
04:54And I think that when you do things
04:56for a higher purpose,
04:58for a bigger purpose,
05:00and more important
05:02and deeper,
05:04you are giving something
05:06incredible to the listener
05:08and in this case, to the viewer.
05:10Because, besides, know that
05:12Off the Record is not only going to be in audio,
05:14but also in video.
05:16But I do think that
05:18it's very important
05:20to always have emotional intimacy
05:22with your audience
05:24and with your closest people.
05:26Because, I always say,
05:28if we are going to sit down as friends,
05:30to lie to each other,
05:32to pretend that everything is fine in front of the other,
05:34to pretend that you don't have problems,
05:36that you know everything,
05:38I think that everyone should stay at home.
05:40Because, what we learn the most
05:42and what we learn the most
05:44is about the failures
05:46and the ups and downs of the others.
05:48And why do we feel so sorry
05:50to share what we didn't get
05:52in life, or the truth
05:54behind it.
05:56Of course, why be ashamed?
05:58When you share it,
06:00you are giving the opportunity
06:02to the others to realize
06:04that they are not the only ones,
06:06and that everyone lives exactly the same.
06:08I love it, Marta. I'm sure we're going to learn a lot of things.
06:10The tools that you give to your audience
06:12on a daily basis.
06:14To see how this type of podcast
06:16is going to impact them. I'm sure it's going to be a pleasure,
06:18a sweetness. I'll be happy
06:20to continue watching each episode.
06:22So, thank you so much, Marta,
06:24for everything, for this space.
06:26Because I'm sitting here in intimacy with you,
06:28in AutoRecord, with Marta de Paulé.
06:30We'll be seeing each other later
06:32to talk about more intimate things.
06:34All that you've accomplished,
06:36to where you are now,
06:38to where you've come,
06:40what it's cost you, Ale,
06:42you have to share it with the next generations.
06:44With girls who see you
06:46as a role model to follow.
06:48With girls who want to be,
06:50when they're older, or when they finish their career,
06:52or in a few years,
06:54an Ale.
06:56So, teaching them how you managed
06:58to be the woman you are today,
07:00is the best gift you can give to another woman.
07:02Marta, you're divine.
07:04I wasn't expecting to hear this,
07:06but thank you.
07:08And that's what we want to hear, women of God.
07:10Thank you so much, Marta.
07:12And you know what else you have to teach?
07:14How to have the legs that Ale has.
07:16Check out my routine.
07:18I'm going to send you the Instagram
07:20so you can follow us.
07:22100%.
07:24Let's see if we have Alejandra's legs.
07:26Thank you so much.
07:28Every Thursday, starting August 22nd,
07:30you can find us on YouTube.
07:32See you soon.
07:34See you soon.
