00:00Hello guys my name is Mark, Mark Grist, I'm a Peterborough based poet and

00:05children's author and I'm really excited because we've got my brand new book is

00:09out with Bloomsbury and illustrated by Chris Jevons it's Bears Don't Get Scared

00:14it's a second book in the series after Rhinos Don't Cry and I'm so so excited

00:19to be having a book launch over at Waterstones on Bridge Street this Sunday

00:24at 2 p.m. in the afternoon totally free event and if you want to bring your

00:29young readers along I'll read a couple of new poems and things maybe some

00:33things from my my new show that I've just taken to Edinburgh and I'll share

00:36a reading of Bears Don't Get Scared and for the first time it's all about Bella

00:41she's in the school play and she thinks that being brave means never being

00:45afraid of anything because her granny's super brave and over the course of the

00:49play and trying to like get ready for the the gig at the end she starts to

00:54feel these funny feelings and she's not sure what they are yeah I'm really

00:57excited about sharing it because Bella's a cool character and also her

01:00granny's like a biker which I've really enjoyed getting to write so yeah if
