00:15Guo sold her shares in Baofu Land Development when she ran as Mayor of Bamban in 2021.
00:23According to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission,
00:27Guo sold 2.5 million shares worth of Pesos per share.
00:34The shares were also sold through ads by Guo and the Corporate Secretary of Baofu Land.
00:41In a statement, Guo's company said that they have not yet received a subpoena.
00:46They will ask for an answer when they receive it.
00:49According to the dismissal of the Ombudsman's order, they will appeal it.
00:54Erano Timbang was appointed as the acting mayor of Bamban.
00:59He will remain in office for three months until the suspension of Bamban Vice Mayor Leonardo Anunciacion is over.
01:07Anunciacion was suspended after the Ombudsman was found guilty of Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of Service,
