01:14Sadly, growing agriculture and deforestation endanger its very existence.
01:21Almost all of the macaw's beautiful species are either threatened, critically endangered or extinct.

01:39The iguana is another exquisite animal suffering from habitat destruction.
01:45Its emerald green scales and exotic appearance make it a prime target for illegal hunters and animal trade.
01:52If its living space is further reduced, this ancient lizard's rich history, which spans over millions of years, will soon disappear.

02:11This ever-changing reptile is another victim of climate change, suffering devastating losses of its natural habitat.
