NRL Round 24 Preview: Panthers vs Storm

It's a top of the table clash just a few weeks out from finals as the Storm head to Penrith.

00:00I feel like we've been, you know, beating ourselves, not losing the game but beating

00:10ourselves, but just doing a few things that were really hurting ourselves and discipline

00:13wise and execution wise, so we need to really be on top of that and if we don't, you know,

00:19we're going to really struggle this weekend.

00:21They've beaten us this year once already in round one and yeah, I think that's just the

00:26challenge moving forward.

00:27We're obviously at the top of the table and I think every year we sort of look forward

00:30to this game, so it'll be a good one at home.

00:33You know, you want to come up against the best and Pinner Riff are the best right now

00:36and have been for the last couple of years, so it's going to be a good test for us.

00:40I feel like we need it.

00:42You know, we've got a lot that we want to do in our game and what we're trying to build

00:47towards the end of the year and, you know, it's probably the perfect game to go up against

00:51the best and head to their home stadium.

00:53Oh, it's a good battle, man, and I think playing this game you want to go up against the best

00:57as well and not really test yourself but, you know, just go out there and compete against

01:03the best and see how you go, so I love these sort of battles, you know, six against six

01:08and he's one of the best in the game, so it'll be a pretty cool one for myself.

01:11They're such a good defensive team as well, so we need to try and break that down as well,

01:15but yeah, I think it's just, it's an all-round game and that's how they play.

01:19They're such a good footy side, you can't really, they don't beat themselves, you know,

01:23so, you know, we need to be on top of our game.

01:25You just have that belief and you know what you're doing out there when pressure times

01:28come then, yeah, we're fighting to the 80th minute regardless of what's happening out

01:33there, so it's pretty cool to be a part of.
