00:06:30who doesn't want to be Italian cuz so I was partying this weekend with Stevie

00:06:39and Stevie DJ's been doing it for decades he DJ's while he's cooking no
00:06:44like in the kitchen you can see him he's tearing it up I was there partying

00:12:09lot of serious news we got to talk about all right so there's another Secret
00:12:13Service scandal this weekend that any of you here hat tip to my good friend
00:12:16Chaya Ray chick over it lives at tick-tock and Jordan Shock tell and
00:12:20others they tagged me in this they wanted my commentary on it if you
00:12:23haven't seen it let me just tee this video up for you I'll voice over it okay
00:12:27there is a female Secret Service agent it's a Kamala Harris rally somewhere
00:12:31close by she appears on this video to be taping over a security camera and
00:12:37then there's an allegation by the owner that the Secret Service broke into her
00:12:43place or pick the lock or something like that and use their bathroom and that
00:12:49basically left this thing dirty and stuff so here's the agent this is from
00:12:53business insider video looking at the security camera you'll see it's a salon
00:12:57see it's a salon front porch if those of you listen on Apple she's looking up
00:13:01she doesn't know what to do she goes away she sees this security camera she
00:13:06comes back you'll see in a few minutes and she places some basically some just
00:13:12what appears to be some kind of duct tape over the camera to block this
00:13:16camera out and again the bathroom thing turned into a big deal the salon owner
00:13:21says they weren't authorized to go in there she's saying they came in and
00:13:24picked the lock and did all this now it's a couple points I want to make you
00:13:27okay if this is true if all of and this I'm applying to Bongino if I have no
00:13:34reason to believe by the way the salon there you go you see the cameras blacked
00:13:37out so now the security tape goes over you hear some of that sound in the
00:13:40background that's obviously from the camera if this is true if the
00:13:44allegations turn out to be correct ladies and gentlemen the Secret Service
00:13:48or the any police bar whatever without some kind of a warrant has no authority
00:13:53whatsoever to break into your place there's a name for that and you guys
00:13:57know what it is it's called burglary there's a these guys make crude I think
00:14:05this is like a trick question that's got a name that's called burglary there is
00:14:09no exemption to burglary without warrants and other things where you can
00:14:14actively force your way in if this is true the Secret Service and whoever did
00:14:20that because there's very there's no doubt it happened okay the only question
00:14:24is who did it because the Secret Service has already made some sort of apology
00:14:29for it so no one's disputing the story that the ladies salon was in fact used
00:14:34and broken into it's only the who did it portion the safety camera thing let me
00:14:39get to this first because I feel like I owe you a little bit of inside expertise
00:14:43on this and I'm never gonna bullshit you you know I have been very very very very
00:14:47harsh on the Secret Service the active director is a total nightmare the acting
00:14:51director right now needs to resign immediately the agency is broken it
00:14:55needs entirely new leadership the eighth floor needs to be cleaned out no
00:14:58question about it I will say this though taping security cameras over wait with a
00:15:05big with a big asterisk first some taping over security cameras is pretty
00:15:10common however here's the asterisk we ask permission first this isn't hard now
00:15:21why do you tape over security cameras I've already discussed this before we
00:15:26usually do it obviously with permission because you don't want people knowing
00:15:30the movements of your protectee so if we're walking in a hotel whether it's
00:15:34with Trump or Bush or Obama or Biden or anyone else for that matter Harris you
00:15:39don't want people to know we'll usually staff a Secret Service agent in that
00:15:43hotel security room there's always a security room with a bunch of cameras
00:15:46but we typically tape over the cameras in the areas they're gonna be because of
00:15:51a couple things you want to just hear the truth I'm gonna tell you we don't
00:15:54want people knowing where she is unless we're unless it's us you get what I'm
00:15:58saying and also you know folks protect these do weird things I mean this is the
00:16:03part I shouldn't tell you but I'll tell you they pick their nose and stuff like
00:16:07weirdo stuff you know you don't want them on camera someone's taping it but
00:16:10so that's typically but they do it with permission what the hell does that he was
00:16:15doing and she's saying that they didn't get permission to do and did it anyway
00:16:18it's just freaking weird but that's not the worst part of the video there's an
00:16:24allegation here again that's I have no reason to disbelieve that they broke
00:16:28into the salon now the Secret Service is kind of hedging on the story they're
00:16:33kind of hinting it wasn't damn I don't know hinting it may be the local police
00:16:38or whatever it doesn't matter it doesn't matter again for the thousandth time to
00:16:45the Secret Service if you guys are going to be responsible for security then you
00:16:51guys are responsible for security if it's your post standards if it's your
00:16:57HSI guys if it's police officers doing it it's your responsibility if this
00:17:04happened you were responsible the only thing I can think of is when I first
00:17:11got in the Secret Service this guy told the story in the training center about
00:17:14hey man we got to do we got to do for protection I'll never forget a lot of
00:17:17students thought like we could like break into places if it was like a
00:17:20protection thing they did I had to like explain to him later with a bunch of
00:17:23other guys it's not really the case at all I'm guessing that may have happened
00:17:27in this case oh yeah we're just gonna use it it's at a federally protected
00:17:30area that's not the way any of this works I'm just asking you to apply to
00:17:34Bongino rule because we don't know who did it but it doesn't really matter it's
00:17:38the Secret Service's responsibility no matter what the camera thing again is
00:17:42pretty common but not without permission all right moving on there you go that's
00:17:46the inside story on what happens with these things what did I tell you at the
00:17:50beginning of the show when you see black curtains ladies and gentlemen that
00:17:56is big-time trouble for a campaign black curtains it's over it is not a good sign
