Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, said she had shared 'optimistic and decision-oriented' conversations with Vice President Kamala Harris, who is also the Democrat's presidential nominee.    Speaking to Channel 4 News, she refused to discuss talks she had with US President Joe Biden ahead of his withdrawal from the presidential race -- but insisted she had 'loved him for decades'. 01:03name-checked you, Nancy Pelosi, in an interview that he gave at The Weeknd, where he said,

01:08if I hadn't stepped aside, and I'm paraphrasing here, I would never have heard the end of

01:12it from Nancy Pelosi.

01:18He said some of you all would be asking questions about that.

01:24I have loved him for decades, our whole family, three generations of Pelosi's.
