00:03Just talk to us about that, why the decision now and how do you feel?

00:12Yeah, hard to talk about.

00:17It's emotional.

00:21We're so proud.

00:22It's always hard when you say goodbye to your sport, so I just, yeah.

00:29Lots of things to process, but you know, I think it's the right time.

00:33This year felt like such a bonus and I got to compete in front of my family, my kids.

00:40And I got to be flag bearer, so yeah, bucket list ticked off on every occasion.
