Every year, towards the end of the season, we go to our highland to pick Echium amoenum. We collect these highly beneficial flowers to make Echium amoenum jam and also dry them to prepare herbal tea throughout the year and benefit from its abundant properties.
After the jam is prepared, we add a little lemon juice to it, which prevents crystallization and also changes the color of the jam due to the acidic nature of lemon juice, making it vibrant.
Echium amoenum jam is incredibly delicious and has numerous medicinal properties. It is also quick to prepare. If you have Echium amoenum around you, be sure to make jam out of them and enjoy it.
